Job Description

LetsWizard.com is an internet based lettings service based around Heathrow. We are growing rapidly and have an opportunity for a lettings manager to run our lettings service in the Hounslow area. The job is primarily a sales role which will involve handling tenant and landlord enquiries, arranging viewings and checks-ins, and signing up local landlords.

As an organisation we are able to offer you extremely flexible working hours and the ability to work from home on a part or full time basis. We are mainly looking for someone who has the ability to work evenings and weekends during viewing times. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to work quickly and un-supervised. Training will be provided where necessary. Additionally, we are offering the right candidates 50% commission on their sales.
 

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for experienced letting agents. We are also keen to hear from any part-time mums or retired individuals living in the Hounslow area with some property letting experience. The main things we are looking for are:  

• A self-starter who can work unsupervised
• Has knowledge and experience of Property Lettings
• Professional appearance and good interpersonal sales skills
• Good telephone manner
• Lives in the Hounslow area
• Has their own access to an Internet connection
• Can drive and has their own vehicle.Good IT skills (we are an online service)
