1. Forum's Purpose
This forum has mainly been setup for West London Landlords to comment and share experiences with one another. As Managing Director of LetsWizard.com and the West London Representative for the National Landlords Association I've had the fortunate opportunity to meet and discuss local Landlording issues with many West London Landlords, Tenants, Councils, and other Lettings Agencies.

Many have expressed an interest to share and learn from one another's experiences beyond ad-hoc Landlord meetings, which they don't always get to hear about and don't always get to discuss the issues they want to discuss! Additionally, the overwhelming majority of issues that concern Landlords I meet are always local issues, which understandably can not be fully addressed through other Nationally focused websites and organisations .

So this forum has been created for you, local West London Landlords and stakeholders, to discuss the local issues you want to discuss. We invite you to also submit your own articles and topics by e-mailing me at eugin@letswizard.com
